At Innova Energy Services our top priority is the safety of our employees, clients, vendors and the communities in which we work.  From the owners down to every single crew member, we run our business, projects and daily activities with a safety first mindset. We know how important it is for everyone, on or off the job, to get home safe to their families every single day.

This means each project is pre-planned to ensure compliance to all HSES, OSHA, applicable state rules, and client requirements throughout the life of the project.

Internally, we train our employees on the safe operation of equipment, proper material handling and usage, application and proper utilization of PPE, and safe operation of vehicles on our way to, from, and on client job sites.  All employees have gone through our internal safety program, and any on-site employees will also go through local Safety Council training plus additional safety courses throughout the year.

Daily job site safety meetings and hazard identification, monthly training sessions and our mentorship programs make us one of the safest crews in the industry.

Our objective every single day is zero incidents.
